Never seen the city work that fast, well tomorrow is sunny and I have the day off so might get some driving in :driving: and then next week storage :(

I wish road work was completed that fast down here! Something like that would keep my Z locked in for weeks.

The old city workers joke is so true in Dallas. 1 guy working, 3 guys standing there watching with arms crossed.

On topic:
I washed and used Zaino's Z-CS just before everyone came over for the big meal today. Its so easy I never use their other products anymore. Just wipe on and let dry. Done!

And the roads ya...the worst...dodging potholes is a required skill...:shakes head:

I found the roads in Montreal are ok... as long as don't trap yourself around the St.Jacques Square, the coble stone side street is..... :eekdance::eekdance::eekdance:

California Variation joke: Do you know how to get rid of 75% of CALTRANS workers? Design a shovel that can stand on it's own.

Today I drive to the store and have a second Thanksgiving for my friends who are not fortunate to have family close by or at all. I may need to transport two people as well so this could be the first time having limited seating to be a problem. This will give me an extra chance to drive a great car.

I hope to spend lots of time playing slot cars and eating more.

Nice driving around today. Nothing crazy just enjoying the car. Perfect weather for a full detail. Not often in winter I can do that. Blizzaks are on for the winter!

They might have been drunk lol

True, the cobblestone is the worst...turned down there once by accident, and cringed the whole way. The highways are great...and well now my street is awesome :driving:

Dealer just called and told me the Z is ready...!!:tup:

Eventually they replace the rag-top. Also, regarding the rubbing issue, the shop actually put some Teflon tape around the components that rub against the rag-top to reduce friction, hopefully it can solve the rubbing issue.

I think not too many roadster has this problem surfaced.. yet, thus Nissan Canada does not know what is the cause of the problem...

Anyway, I am going to pick up the Z on Monday, praise for good weather... and hopefully can still motor the Z for another week before going to "sleep mode"....

After a few days on the road I'm flying back to my (as always) parked and covered Z. My wife thinks I'm coming home to see HER...

She is half right. ;)

In other news I'm thinking about refurbishing my headlights (they are getting a bit hazy). Any recommendations? I might just use super fine sandpaper and some polishing compound. I know there are a few kits out there, but don't know what people in the know use...

Washed and waxed. Been three months since a bath. You can only imagine. Also had a radiator leak at the drain valve. Easy fix there.
