Found this tastefully modded Z at Lamb's Automotive today. They just gave me the keys  :happydance:

I left my Z there for now and will have the wife drop me off to get it later this evening. She'll be so thrilled that she has a 7AT to drive now :stirthepot:

Cleaned her up. I'm in love with black again. In about 10minutes, when I can see a coat of dust on it, I'll return to hating black.

Pretty sure we decided to "classy" up that mod and call it the Gasket Mod :happydance:

But no. Hell no. I don't need an exhaust leak to enjoy the Z :tiphat:

One can only hope!! I'm going to make her drive it to pick up mine from Lamb's :icon17: Her Acura lease is up in a year, so I'm trying to convince her an AT Z would be a good thing. So far I haven't gotten a "no", yet

Transmission removal starts tomorrow around noon

Looks like I don't have a wrench for the O2 sensors. Is there a particular style of 22 mm wrench that I need for them?

I found some offset closed style for $10 at Harbor Freight (20 mm on one end, 22 mm on the other end). I assume that once I unplug the sensors, I can use a closed style. There is a larger ($25) set that includes a single 22 mm wrench with open style on one end and closed on the other. Thoughts?

Let's see.

Swapped wheels over from stocks to new brushed bronze TSWs.
Added 20/25 spacers.
Plasti-dipped brushed bronze to a satin black.
Plasti-dipped rear diffuser to match.

Added eyeliner to my headlights.

Tomorrow.... who knows.

O2 socket with the slit down the side and a hex on the top that will allow a 7/8 wrench.

Or a 7/8" combination wrench, which is what I usually use for just about all 02 sensors I have come across. 7/8 is close to 22mm, but I have rounded a few using a 22mm. I trust the 7/8.

Sent while driving!
