Changed Oil & filter (M1 0-40 + M1 filter), Manual transmission fluid (Nissan), Differential fluid (Super Syn 75-90).
Replaced rear rotors and pads. (Centric blanks & Hawk HP+ pads)
Adjusted parking brake.
Removed front pads to clean and lubricate slides. (and check front pads )
Flushed brake system. (Stop Tech STR 600)
Flushed clutch fluid (Prestone DOT 3)
Re-mounted driver-side reflector in bumper (cone damage from track)
Lubricated SPL A-arm bushings.
Mounted the new BFG Rivals. (245/40-17F and 255/40-17R)
Got a TPMS unit installed to replace the one that I broke ~3 years ago. (Finally)
Tightened front seat bolts.

ZdayZ car prep is done. I just need to test everything out this coming weekend on the track, and then wash/wax her for the trip.

Awesome rolling shot!

I actually drove my Z around for awhile and then went to In-N-Out burger.

It's funny how much more you can appreciate the handling and power of the Z platform after driving around a much less powerful car most of the time

Z is no longer my daily which has positives and negatives ;)

karotZ 04-26-2014 11:38 PM

Cleaned her up which became useless since it rained in SD.
Showed her off at the Irvine C&C as well as the Z Bash - sorry no pics we ended up like having a reunion, too excited lol :roflpuke2:

Got caught in the rain on my way home Friday night. It was 8:45 and did not want to let it dry overnight so I washed it........then sealed it (again) then waxed it. Before I knew it, it was 2 in the morning.

This Saturday, we are doing some mods on the 370.
1. RJM clutch pedal install
2. Clutch line swap with stainless braided line
3. Clutch fluid flush with Motul
4. Illuminated door sill installation
I LOVE doing all this work just to hardly ever drive it due to travelling all the friggin' time.

For a moment I thought I detected some sarcasm.

I did #3 yesterday, along with SS brake lines and Motul600. It took 3 bleeds to get the pedal right. Friday I installed those Z1 rotors and XP10 pads front and XP8 in back. My OEM pads in back had worn through and scored rotor, since 3 weeks ago. It was resurfaced and when Z1 makes their two piece rear rotors I'll get them.
