Why does it say the thread closed when I try to reply to someone?

It is now too late as I just got the shipped message. Why do you say this? Is it longevity (cracking) of the rotors?

It is the weight savings over looks I went for. Silly as it sounds.

Simply put, drilled rotors are weaker than non-drilled rotors. There have been incidents of cracking under extreme conditions. I don't think it's a common occurrence, though. If you are incredibly hard on your brakes at the track, a pre-track inspection might be something to add to your routine.

I... picked it up from the dealer and made the final deal. After the dealership tried to get more money out of me, I had to put my foot down.

Also :hello: to everyone. I've been lurking on here for a few days now. A lot of you have awesome z's

Two quick pics with my dslr. I definitely need a better lens than the kit lens lol.

I've always loved Z's and Nissan. I was interested in an 08 350z about two years ago then my GF purchased an 09 white pearl 370z. I fell in love with it. We drove it down to florida for a vacation and it wasn't a bad ride at all. No comfort issues, other than climbing out of a car I've been driving for about 16 hours straight. As we were driving we never felt the need to stop and rest our back, legs or butts. Maybe that's the youth for now, lol. Anyway so yeah we both have Z's and couldn't be happier.

hmm first post didn't work, wonder why.

I should have asked Z1 how long their track car rotors last. I expect to be fine.
