I've been meaning to do something like this as well. Removable and appear like OEM. I'd personally like the tablet to recess more into the cubby hole.
I like your setup since it appears pretty simple and clean.

I drove through a Nissan dealership the other day that had all of their wiper blades up like that. Felt like they were huge bugs ready to pounce on me. :eek:

My friend and I should be headed over to SoCal next Spring or Summer, gonna have to hit some twistys before we leave, if there's time.
