No driving this weekend. Rainy and cool. Drove the GTI. Z stayed nice, warm and detailed in the garage :) Tomorrow is much better with some sun and clouds.

Ordered new belt for removing AC. No one seems to stock this belt and only one company makes this size. But will be here in three days.

I have an old 94 Miata (I've lent it to a friend for a few months.) I sometimes think it might be fun to set up for auto cross and the track. Then what would I do with the Z??? Lol. Good problems to have.

Embarrassing moment of the day: Running over what I thought was just a plastic bag, couldn't swerve to avoid it and couldn't back up thanks to the d!ck behind me. Light turns green and I just hear a dragging noise and I'm thinking FML. Luckily there's a turn coming up where I can pull off to a shoulder. I pull off and the bag comes loose on it's on. I didn't even bother checking what was in it but the front end doesn't look beat up.

Drove to work today :) Hadn't driven it since Monday so felt good.

I got a lot more looks than usual as its gotten pretty cold and most people have stored their nice rides already.

Going into storage next week probably so taking the wife out in it tonight, and plan on driving it all weekend :driving:

Also thanks to Simota I learned that the GTR has the same map lights like we do, except their lens are nice and clear...guess I'll order from Nissanraceshop.com

Picked up headers, TP's, radiator hoses, and rear bumper from body shop. Great day.

No. None of us do body work/paint very well -- strictly mechanical/electrical. I have a guy who does mobile body and paint -- his work is excellent and he is coming over this morning. First, I am taking the Juke to Nissan for a check up and free oil change (my last free one).

got ANOTHER exhaust ticket today...I got one less than 4 weeks ago and I didn't think I could get another one in less than 30 days, especially if I said I was contesting it.

Apparently here, you can get one every 24hrs if they wanted to keep giving you one...even if I was going to court to fight it...very messed up

Would hate to give up the exhaust...I've passed so many cops all the time, even gotten thumbs up...but this actually happened to be the same guy from 4 weeks ago...I think he has it out for me....arrrrrg. end rant
