I would have rescheduled anyway with that rain and wind. Dunno what you guys were thinking, unless you were looking at an eventual redo on paint. Better off in more ideal weather conditions. :tiphat:

SPOHN 11-18-2012 05:53 PM

Installed headers and new test pipes. Check out my journal if your interested.

Also just ordered Aerocatch hood pins.

Drove at Sears Point.

370Z Sears Point Infinion - Third Run CFRA - YouTube

I'll try and write this up but encountered a Viper Press release. It was inside and semi guarded. I walked up and introduced myself to Todd Mc Call (?) and asked what was going on and he invited me inside for a couple of minutes.

The white car is what he calls the first mule. The dirty one won the 24 hours of Daytona. The tables and booze are for the press mixer.

I hit a monster pothole on the way to work this morning. It must have magically appeared overnight because I travel the same route every day.

The ole Z is just fine. The sound going over it though... It still makes me cringe just thinking about it.

A pothole shallower than this one busted the shock mounts on our 330ci. The Z is built so much more robustly. Sometimes, when I'm working under the car, I'll just lay there staring at and admiring the undercarriage :ughdance::yum:

EndyKwon 11-21-2012 03:10 AM

The ECU has grown noticeably louder :(. Also, I have noticed that I somehow got a weird bump/dent/bent area on the panel below my door. Is that called a side-skirt? I don't know, but the funny thing is, there's no paint being chipped or damaged on that bent area. Let alone, I don't remember damaging that area. I wonder if I can replace it..
