I believe it costs more than $0.25, but I could be wrong. If I were you, and I'm not-just sayin', I would bring a little more cash to buy the putty.

Don't blame me for poor jokes ant not being able to post much about my Z, the weather is crappy. Maybe I'll take it out and run some industrial areas a little bit slideways.

I painted 2/3 of Ms. Pint's front lip with Krylon Fusion Satin Black

( Click to show/hide )
Unfortunately, I ran my thumb over the crack she showed me in the 3rd piece, and a little piece fell off. There is a decent opening behind it, so that has to be taken care of before the painting can be finished.

Also, the opposite end piece had been wrapped by a place that obviously doesn't know what they're doing. Ultimately, they were unable to do the wrap, and when they removed it, whatever adhesion promoter they used did not remove cleanly at all (how they were unable to get the wrap to stick with the ridiculous adhesion promoter they used is beyond me). I spent a good 10 minutes on it with 220 and barely made a dent. I had a degreaser, but probably needed rubbing alcohol or something similar. I just did the best I could in the time we had with the materials at hand, and after two coats, I could tell it wasn't going to be a high quality job. She told me it's fine, so I just finished the piece with several more coats.

The middle piece looks great  Post a pic of that one, Tracie :icon17:

It looks fine. I'll try to muster some energy to go get pics. My jammies are too comfortable though.

Wow!

The guy goes through all that effort and you couldn't be bothered to snap a pic, per his request? :icon14:

I took my 240z out for a little spin through midtown and downtown.

Hey, the EZ pass is for tolls, right? Well, why should they give a flip where you've got it mounted, as long as it can be scanned?

I'm kind of wondering the same thing, too.
I flew through the EZPass Express lanes on 495 Friday morning with no issues.

Got a text from the customs shop mgr that said, "Ok yours is the last car we're doing this quad setup on. If I get burned with molten plastic one more time I'm going to lose it".

Also sprung for a stillen front fascia brake cooling kit but I'm not going to be needing the ducts themselves ;)

(Thanks to Rusty for setting me straight last night re: what I was going to need for the install. It would have been a disaster if I got the car to the shop only to find out I was missing 2/3 of what I needed to install the parts in question)

Just got back from the shop, had my Stillen sways installed and Powergrid endlinks as well. Rear end clunk is gone and car handles like it's on rails!

I will be giving her a bath in a few hours, she is filthy
