Weekend with Drivers Edge group at MSR Cresson 3.1. Awesome weekend and thanks to great instruction, the pieces are finally coming together. I did experience a bit of fuel starvation coming out end of the toilet bowl with over 1/2 tank; but otherwise car performed flawlessly. Also one of the instructors in car following me commented about how cool the syncrorev match sounds.

Liquid_G 03-31-2014 09:43 AM

Spent my Sunday installing this guy..

that's odd, most MT drivers do that on their own (cars without SRM) so shouldn't be anything new.... anyway, for a fun weekend.

Oh, I forgot about getting a head nod and a smile from a younger guy driving a moving truck. I felt like getting home asap yesterday and had to drive a bit spirited around him and some others.

Malm 03-31-2014 12:09 PM

Ordered a set of weathertec mats !

Mt Tam I am 03-31-2014 12:25 PM

Just as I was about to pass some one this morning he signaled and swung a U turn. That was different. Another mile down the road I caught up to another car who eventually let me by while not letting the guy behind me by. I could tell he was just going to drive far right in his lane and never get off the road. I passed and sure enough he blocked the car behind me.

Rain can't make up it's mind today.

Dropped the Z off at the dealer. Spring service- Oil change, newly refinished Sport rims are back from the wheel restoration place and the PSS are going to be mounted on the rims and then on the car. Should have it back Wednesday. Some fun driving then to the paint guru to clean up the rock chips/repaint the front end cap/bumper. Be almost new :)

Crux 03-31-2014 05:59 PM

I washed my wheels. Then I washed them again :yum:

Went to the tire shop to have my newly repainted wheels balanced, then to "Z Cars of Ocala" for an oil change and brake bleed. Seriously Thrilled! Let the upgrades begin!:happydance:

It's just an independent guy that has a bunch of older Z Cars and other older cool rides...does mechanic work and sells a few (probably)

Zerocool 03-31-2014 09:18 PM

Got my windows tinted! 35% all around except the windshield. Excuse my girl, she's a bit dirty and it's been shitty here lately. http://i.imgur.com/ZTI4KWn.jpg

Yeah...He has a 68 Austin Healy Sprite that he's reno-ing right now - red - it's not fast, but it's cool!

Is there a club around here?

Krazy.1K 03-31-2014 10:11 PM

Footloose301 03-31-2014 11:16 PM

I didn't even look at the Z today. I'm secretly setting up a shopping list for it right now though.

Got my first ever stance pro comp 2 coilovers in today courtesy of Charles from B2 autodesigns. Now to install them with spl camber and toe arms tomorrow. Yippee. I had to wait 7 1/2 weeks to be made but I am very happy I did. Stance also confirmed these are the first set for a 370z.
