Word of advice: Wear earplugs. Most shops have them and I learned the hard way.

In other news my hood damper it arrived today. Big install weekend! Went ahead and registered for both Carlisle weekends in May and bought a nice camping awning so I won't get horribly sunburnt this year.

That seems really low. Do you have the gains graphed yet?

Got up to 298. Bear in mind 6000 ft elevation.

I was getting 319 in California and topped out just shy of 300 today at 6500 feet in Denver. The intakes were a bit heat soaked too so that didn't help. I'll re-dyno and throw up the graphs when I go back in a few weeks (I'm going to re-flash with my "sea level" tune in #2 position just to have it. (I didn't have the file with me today):shakes head:

Sitting on the 91fwy witb an empty gas tank after hooking onto gypsum canyon onramp. Fml!

Sorry to hear roy :( Fuel starvation issue, I assume? Or did you just run out?

I installed 25 hp on my wife's Acura the other night (1 out of 2 forum decals :icon17:)

roy'sz 02-15-2013 12:59 PM

I was at a 1/4 tank. Took a awesome corner getting onto the fwy and was really gettin after it....then I ran out of fuel. Just a fyi for every z owner out there, 2 gallons of gas is 1/4 tank lol.

 Our tank is 19.1 gallons... 1/4 tank is nearly 5 gallons. I can't wait until I get to experience fuel starvation :ugh2:

When I pulled off to the side of the road with my flahsers on, I was on a slight downhill slope. I turned the ignition on and no and I mean NO LED's were on the tank. My torque app said I had 12.9% fuel left but I couldn't get my car to fire up. I tried 2 or 3 times in short stints and I didn't want to risk burning up the injectors so I just called Nissan1. Just a fyi, they do not give us premium fuel on delivery EVEN though it states that our cars run on 91 octane. More embarassing was that I noticed my supervisor in his R/T Challenger passed me on the fwy....lol what a moment that was

dmhenderson 02-15-2013 01:27 PM

Don't trust your gas gauge. Mine drops from 3 dots to "OH GOD EMPTY". Don't trust that "miles left" indicator either
