I'm also running out of NA mods lol. once I get wheels and suspension, time to start saving for the TT. Hopefully Fast intentions TT or GTM TSC will be done testing by then.

Spent $75 at car toys to clean up my yellowed 09 lamp covers. The pix don't do it justice, but the headlights look as good as new.

Totally worth the effort!!!

Here are some pix. I dunno if they show how much better. (It's a huge difference)

Nice Surf, what did you use?

Made the guys who park in the 'midlife-crisis-parking' section a little unsettled putting the Z this close to their Boxsters/Caymans. There's usually 3 others sitting with them, a black, a yellow, and a silver.

Thought the clouds reflecting looked nice, so I ruined the opportunity of a nice pic by using the iPHone::roflpuke2:

Got my wheels and intake tube back from the powder coaters. Still have to put on my R1 Concepts rotors, so I mounted the tires and threw them on just to see how it will look.

I was looking at my EVO-R Z emblems today and realized the backings that were sent with them are for the standard Nissan burger emblem and not the Z logo emblem  I'm glad I sprayed the clear coat on the backings and didn't use the VentureShield pieces that Mr. GurneyEagle (I figured I'd mess it up the first time anyway)

Here's a mock up of the emblem :excited:

Well sorry to say I used a tech at the detailers shop. But it went like this
60 grit
100 grit
Wool buffing pad with compound
Cotton pad with compound
Foam pad with compound
Fine foam pad with compound
Acrillic finish/sealant
Light buff over cured acrylic

Total time 1.5 hours of continuous sand/buff. (I watched on and asked a ton of questions so I can do myself next time)
