Shifting into gear while moving???

if I think I am gonna start accelerating again or in traffic I use 1st all the time. Even with SRM turned off I have no problems downshifting into first..

Even with SRM turned off I have no problems downshifting into first.. just gotta sync the rpms' manually. No biggy.
