Major Paint Defect. Dealer Won't Cover

can you take it to a paint shop and have them measure the tickness of the paint between the hood vs fenders? they should be able to get you scientific data. best to use 3rd party too. then make another claim to nissan.
btw nice choice of cars. I have my 370z and a 2004 g35 coupe 6mt. mine is Twilight Blue Pearl though.

Sorry to hear that, you should be able to find a dealership that will cover you.

Side question, how/why did you pay $50k for your car?

that's the tax and all. The s-tune kit was a $3400 add-on and then other stuff.

I would absolutely start by contacting Nissan Corporate. Tell them the situation, the dealers response, and tell them what you expect as a consumer of their premier product. See how they respond, they can force a dealers hand quickly. I had an issue with an 02 spec v and I contacted corporate after the dealer basically told me to go f myself. Nissan corporate send me to a new dealership who did all the work for free. If no satisfaction then feel free to bash then publicly.
