Note: mine is without the sports package. So it ha the factory stock yokohama tires.

delamination? That is most definitely a defect. That was the central cause of the Firestone scandal several years ago (aside from the fact that they were mounted to Ford Exploders)

Check your other 3 tires very carefully. If you see anything to separate then there is a much bigger problem.
