the thing about a "basic" 911 is it would leave tread marks up and down our z at the track (ask me how i know). and tbh, i've been to many porsche club meets here in kc and they are by far the biggest track rats/autox guys ever.

There's a guy who lives in my neigborhood who has a GT and I gotta say, it's a really pretty car. Just don't take them racing on Pennsylvania backroads ahahahahahhahh

i saw a white Porsche GT go by yesterday, i stopped and pointed (i was at a stop sign and it went by) on a trailer.... being towed by a truck, prolly to a show, saw the letters "GT" on the bottom of it.

i dont understand this logic. if i dont like something, i dont have to buy it to confirm that opinion. i buy cars that i like, and even though i can afford a porche, i wouldnt be caught dead in one. plus, i wouldnt spend that much on any automobile anyway. i always wanted a Z. never wanted a porche.

If I had a gun to my head I could afford a Cayman S and they're not hideous but I'm stuck on Nissans and don't like $8000 minor repair bills.

growing up my uncle had a '98 911 Turbo, don't get me wrong I love the car especially 911's! But if I was going to spend that much money on a car and come out with a porsche, I would be disappointed knowing that there's so many options in that price bracket. IMO I would even like a Mazerati over the Porsche! (or one of the others that's I've mentioned)

Lol, Porsche's are my favorite cars. I guess I like that "style"...

Porsche, NSX, Z's and 95 300ZX's, Lambo's... Low & wide body, 2 seater etc.

The Ferrari 458 italia is my favorite exotic. My Z looks nothing like it. :(
