MPG Gauge - Why 60MPG???

Just a thought for later models - why does the MPG gauge go up to 60MPG? Wouldnt it be more accurate / meaningful if the max end of the gauge

Default MPG Gauge - Why 60MPG???

Just a thought for later models - why does the MPG gauge go up to 60MPG? Wouldnt it be more accurate / meaningful if the max end of the gauge was closer to 40 MPG or something....

Not that I really check my mileage since I didn't but this car because of the fuel economy, but just a thought.
