What if being in gear was related to the the synchro rev feature, maybe some time of second control unit for the throttle bodies, being in gear it would have

What if being in gear was related to the the synchro rev feature, maybe some time of second control unit for the throttle bodies, being in gear it would have signal... in neutral not so much. Although that is a complete guess since I exactly know how the fly by wire function actually works on the z.
