Today I had a guy in an Audi TT turn his head like an owl, looking at my car as he drove past. I took that as a compliment. :tup:

I had a group of undergraduates (I work at a University) gather around my car today snapping pics. This was in the Faculty/Staff parking lot so no chance of dings, anyway as I am walking towards the car to go out to lunch I overhear one of them say to another "see when you finish school you can afford one of these too!"

The look of disbelief was priceless when they saw me climb in and start it up. I am 26 and I think they expected the owner to be somewhat older.

Parked on the far end of Home Depot. I backed the car into the stall so the front is facing out. On my way out to the car, I saw this guy and his gf in a g37 coupe stop right in front of the car for a little bit, drove into the stall next to it and looked again, and then back up again just staring at it. As I got closer to the car, I said hi and we just talked about the car. They both loved how it looked and talked about how the added lip made it better. Thought it was great compliment.

went in to service and another customer and service advisor were talking about my car she was like wow what a beautiful car and the advisor was like yes it is its a nismo and it kept going my gf and i were just smiling lol as their convo kept on really nice compliment, and also ive gotten what a sexy car but the worse when it was called a nismo prius :( cause its so quiet lol

when driving my nismo z on the hwy a white 370 got next to me it was a very good looking girl and she waved and gave me a thumbs up and then exited i was like awesome haha

Best compliment to the Z- after three years of ownership (45K miles) still getting compliments at stop lights and parking lots. Just so rare people go out of their way say wow great looking car - I get "those rims can't be stock" often- only the other week i got three compliments and they were from a wide range of people young to old- I do not think any had seen a 370 yet.

Ok, so I'm driving down the interstate on the way home on Friday... I'm in the right lane cruising along when a see a guy in the passenger seat of a car up ahead in the left lane stick his head out the window (and I mean way out). He doesn't say anything as I pass by. He just stars at the Z and starts nodding yes over and over. lol

I got pull over this morning because of my license plate's frame. Officer said " it can't be tint" ( I told him I bought it from Autozone, I didnt know about that :(. he said he can give me a ticket. I said sorry I'll fix it :)" after that he said " Is this your car? " and look at me like he doesnt believe in me lol . I took that as a compliment. :D ( most people said I look alike 16-19 years old boys, but im 22 now!!! )

22 is pretty young still for 370Z in my opinion, not a 350Z but a 370z yes. Congrats to you

Nooo a second date!

I was pumping gas last night, and this father and maybe 6 year old son are walking out of the store, the kid looking at his feet as he walked (you know how kids do) and not looking where he was going. He almost bumps right into my fender and gets startled, looks up and just stares all wide-eyed, jaw dropped. The dad says to me "sorry, he's big into cars." I said "no problem, I had the exact same expression when I first saw it too." It stills amazes me every time I see it.

Haven't had much of anything outside of friends and family, yet.

Though, it seems there's never anyone around when I'm walking to/from my car. I guess I just time it right!

Got my first compliment outside of family and friends this morning (had my z about a month). I was getting my order from Burger King and the girl said " I really like your car"
