I have never seen 4.5 for a Z. The best I have seen was 4.6 but usually it averages around 5 seconds. 12.9 has been achieved by like 2 or 3 people on this forum, the car really does low 13's stock. And the Cobalt is a 14 second car. I'm sure there are a few with the perfect conditions where able to dip into the 13's but 99.9% of them run 14's stock
