And of course, the one time I want one of those arborist business cards cause there's a tree in my driveway, there's none to be found. Rest of the year, I get two a week minimum... No big deal though, I've got a friend that runs his own tree business, and he is scheduled to come out tomorrow to remove our trashy hackberry and grind the stump

All it takes is $$$ But he gave me a good price: $575 to remove 24" diameter hackberry and grind the stump. I know my parents paid that much just to remove a hackberry 2/3 the size of mine and then had to pay an extra $200 to grind the stump. Unexpected expense, but I'm a glass half full kinda guy

The joys of home ownership But seriously, I love owning my own house and doing the work on it myself. Although I have some masonite trim that I need to replace with hardie, and I am not looking forward to that repair very much.

all!

I haven't been able to sign on since this morning but have an opportunity to take a peak right now

No Z related activities today. All I did was think about ways to make higher return on my investments so I can then "invest" money into the Z

Hello from 36,000 feet! Airplane wifi is amazing but slow. This picture will probably take me 10 minutes to upload. Here goes...

Today it was 100 degrees here so I removed my dealer sticker. EVERY LETTER was a seperate piece, plus a line separating the dealer name from "NISSAN" and two letters in a circle.

A few squirts of naphtha, a little polish, and some quick detailer, and all evidence is gone.

Then I put another 50 miles on the car. It needs to be washed... My deionizer thingy is supposed to be here tomorrow, so hopefully I'll be able to get it all cleaned up and looking sharp this weekend.

dang, sounds like a PITA!! good job, davey! yah definitely use deionizer with hard water. luckily for me my water isn't too bad so i can wash even in the sun if it's not toooo strong. like summer day sun is too strong but spring/fall no issue. i try to wash my G in the late afternoon since my driveway is in the shade.
