Anyone, if I am talking out of my a$$, please rectify the situation :tiphat:

*edit* Just noticed the rears are 19x11 (instead of stock nismo 19x10.5). I think this means you should have a pretty similar stance without the spacers. But don't take my word for it, I'm still fairly inexperienced when it comes to all of these wheel and tire details. And btw those wheels are damn sexy! :tup:

I really need to bone up on the whole offset thing. It's been explained a number of times, and I understand the basics...but I always have to scratch my head and think real hard. :rofl2:

Yeah, that wheel is hot!

For fear of being put on the ignore list, I respectfully ask for your help.

Right now I am running stock Nismo rims with 10mm spacers. A set of Avante Garde rims is up for sale in Houston in the following sizes:

Front = 19x9.5 +18

Rear = 19x11 +20

How do those offsets compare to the stock Nismo rims? I'd like to have the same amount of stance without the spacers; will this offset accomplish that?

I know you talked about this before, but I was a deer in the headlights.

Thanks in advance. :tup:

Doing OK. Work is a bit slow today, but we all need a bit of rest after last week.

mr.gale, thanx for the advice! :tup: yah, i think i want to keep things simple and just get the 6.5 coax on my car for now. :p

His bike only has 13000km's and the crank is probably bad. Just out of warranty, go figure. He is a good young chap who has made my car-guy life here in Germany absolutely amazing and easier than it should be. I hope my assistance will be of use. Should be about 2000euro's for the work. He worships that bike!

F1 weekend as well from Valencia Spain. Have a good one :hello:

Mr.kenchan I ordered up the cool cup-holder-holder-thing-a-ma-jig. I ordered direct, saved 10% plus it was already on sale and the shipping was very reasonable to moose and racoon land. :tup:

No luck. :( H&R does not sell them individually.

Oh well, thems the breaks. I just went ahead and ordered a set of the 20mm and I'm scheduling some time to get them installed. Hopefully this weekend. :tup:

martin82 06-21-2012 11:26 PM

installed seibon TS CF hood on my own, made it a little tough but not bad, its too dark now but I need to adjust the latches a bit.

I used 3 shoes so when I installed the new hood I had about 3" per side so atleast put my arm under and bolt it.....

I did not, because it had a thunderstorm at around 6pm in here and it was like sh!t, it was still raining lightly when I leave work at 9ish, so I thought the meet would be canceled....

Now I feel very bad because a member went and ask where the hell are we cos he's the only 370z there.......

Excellent news!

Good Morning All! :hello:

Another fun Friday in the office then it's time for the weekend. Car shopping on Saturday, and a big cruise down to Galveston on Sunday. Should be a load of Z's on this one. Dallas and San Antonio members (as well as anyone else) are most welcome I'll be sure to take pictures.

Have a great weekend everybody. :tiphat:

:hello: Good morning, Happy, and everyone! I'm sitting here at the dealer, receiving service on the Z. I was here yesterday, but they told me that they couldn't quick-service me for an oil filter replacement. Actually, the mechanic that was in line to service my car said that he couldn't touch my car. The service rep and I were like, what? :icon14: Why not? The mechanic said that management said that he couldn't touch any Z's or GTR's. They cost too much money, etc. I'm still not following. :confused: He said, liability and all. Only certain mechanics can work on these cars,. Okay ... Therefore, I had to schedule a regular appointment. I did for today. Unfortunately, it rained this morning and I just detailed the Z 2 days ago. Crap! :facepalm: I should have checked the weather forecast. I could have done this next week! :shakes head:
