He is actual from California which is the true birthplace of all Fairladys. They just tell the little Japanese children it originates there as a plot to eventually take over all of Japan. Only problem is, they have a stagflated economy so our government doesn't really want it yet. 
Now what call would a woman with that strength in her have to die of influenza? And what become of her new straw hat that should have come to me?
