Steering lock problem solved (for real)

Everything still works. I pulled the fuse with the ignition on but I think it may have been on and not acc. I'll have to put it back in and

I pulled the fuse with the ignition on but I think it may have been on and not acc. I'll have to put it back in and try again. I'm just baffled how it still locks with the fuse pulled.
