My techs earn 19 to 35 dollars per hour at the Audi dealer I work at based on experience and they do not have the issues that the Nissan dealer down the road has.
I had them (Nissan) install my rear cargo cover and they brought the car up and handed me the keys and the interior wasn't even reassembled!! Also there was damage on trim and illuminated "Z" kick panels (which they replaced for me afterward).
Even our porters (at Audi) would call us (on two way radio) if they saw something like that before handing the car back to a customer!
The service advisors generally do not call you back either at that dealership!
This stuff isn't allowed where I work.
A friend had a service there and got his truck back with the pollen filter hanging out and the engine cover flopping around in the engine bay.
I don't get it myself!!
