Glad to see you are considering coming back！
I am pretty sure 2012 models have added a oil cooler. Its big enough for spirited driving in summer heat, but probably a little on the small side for serious tracking from what I heard on here. 2012 models refines the little issues found on the 09's such as the stuck hatch release, steering wheel lock...etc. could be more than this though. Price wise 42k for a fully loaded new Z. I think its not too bad, but should drop a bit when the 2013 model comes out. Still.. it depends on if people like the new look of the 2013 model or not. lol Hope that helped
