CF part removal?

I am thinking of getting the front upper trim and fang CF covers and am wondering if you can take them off after you've stuck them on. If you can,

Default CF part removal?

I am thinking of getting the front upper trim and fang CF covers and am wondering if you can take them off after you've stuck them on. If you can, is it easy and will it wreck the paint? Just wondering how reversible it is.
