How many would repurchase a 370z if something happened to your current?

Yes you can keep your mods, assuming they did not meet the same fate.

supersic58 04-30-2012 03:43 PM

I love the way it looks and performs, but I think I would be a no-go.

Seats are killing me!

tonybui 04-30-2012 03:49 PM

I would, great car. Broke a lot of necks and counting

ShinyBlueZ 04-30-2012 03:52 PM

Oh yeah definitely. Without a doubt.

Honestly there's still nothing out there with a mixture of style/looks + price + performance that comes even remotely close to the 370z (at least to me). :driving:

Before I bought my car I spent months searching and test driving everything.. and not much has changed since that time. People have recently been hyping up the BRZ but.. in my opinion it's much lower class and ugly as sin :shakes head:

370's rule all!

b1adesofcha0s 04-30-2012 04:00 PM

I would probably get a 5.0. Would be nice to have that extra 100 hp and a nice sounding V8 :yum:

We made it 4 posts. Pack it up, time to go home.

kenchan 04-30-2012 04:01 PM

i probably would not. not because i dont like the 370Z (hell, i love my z  ), but until my kids are older and out to college, i will not be buying another 2 seater.

Now that I moved to a snowy climate, I'd get a scooby doo if I had it to do all over again. I love the Z, but not being able to drive it half the year is suck-city.

MacLean 04-30-2012 04:14 PM

I would repurchase b/c I have only had my Z for a little over two weeks.

If it were just some light to moderate snow, fixing the traction problem would work. But this is alaska. Some of the main roads may be plowed well enough to drive down, but for the most part, I probably wouldn't even be able to get out of the neighborhood. This is the kind of place where if you left your car sitting outside, you could actually lose it in the snow. :icon17:

yellogixxer 04-30-2012 04:40 PM

I love Camaro's and Mustangs, and wouldn't mind owning either, in fact I did have a Mustang prior to my Z, but you can't hardly sneeze without blowing snot all over one of them. I like driving for days, even weeks without seeing another Z.

Speaking of, after the snow melted a couple weeks ago, it turns out my neighbor has a yellow 240 sitting in his yard. I never saw it because it was completely buried in the snow. At first I :bowrofl: and then I :shakes head:

Nismo89 04-30-2012 04:46 PM

i definitely would, for me, its just an amazing machine and one i was just meant for.... a perfect match you could say, so what if gas prices are high, i dont have to drive my car to enjoy it! its looks alone ....*Fap*Fap*Fap* and when i do actually get behind the wheel, the gawks and stares from everyone in town is something to behold.

SPOHN 04-30-2012 05:22 PM

Without a doubt I'd buy another. Love the looks and handling. Great track car along with the history of it. Course I'd like to see some changes here and there and would be glad to pay more for it.

370zproject 04-30-2012 05:30 PM

id upgrade to a roadster with A/C seats

Vaughanabe13 04-30-2012 05:34 PM

Absolutely I would. Mustangs, camaros, challengers, etc. all look like garbage, even if they outperform my car. I would take a Z34 any day over them (including 5.0). It's my dream car and I'm living the dream.

:iagree:

sfearl1 04-30-2012 05:39 PM

great question! i would have to say yes - repurchase. i haven't had enough fun w/ the Z34 yet

f00d4tehg0dz 04-30-2012 05:42 PM

Definitely rebuy my Z! Nothing comes close to it for the price, performance, looks (imo) id love to get a camero. But everyone and their mother have one or a mustang.
I live in Florida. Pretty much everyone drives mustangs as their sport cars. Lol!!!

Replace it immediately with another exact same model....

Bucketlist2012 04-30-2012 05:56 PM

I loved the 350Z, I haven't driven the 370Z enough yet, but I know i am going to love it.

Also my Wife said last night that the Black 2009 Sport/Touring 370Z we just got, is her Dream car..

That is good enough for me...

I love the interior and the looks of the car..

I agree but, you are kinda overworshipping. Lol. I test drove everything up to 50k. The only car I would have chosen over a Z if it would have had a better interior was an EVO. The car with a nice interior that was more realistic was the 135: but I didn't want to deal with BMW unreliability. The camaro was crazy fun to drive but overproduced and too common. Same with the mustang. I'm a big Z and G fan. But if something came along that was a truely better value. Id trade. But for now. There's nothing.

"i'll be back" - Arnold Swartznegger

lol yes ill definitely be back!

alcheng 04-30-2012 06:14 PM

You need a GT-R (4WD) for the Winter... :icon17:

That's how you spell it on on the street.

BlackZeda 04-30-2012 07:04 PM

Interesting question, but I would have to say that I would probably get another Z (same model). The only thing that I would possibly consider would be a G37 of some sort. The concept of a Camaro, Mustang or Challenger seems tempting, but when you actually see one they just don't stack up in the looks department. The cheap, boxy look is a total turn-off and not worth driving for more HP. The Z's stock power is great, and if I want more I can always add more.

ernie 04-30-2012 07:13 PM

I just purchased a 2012 sport, touring w/navigation. I was going to get the 2012 camero ss 2 but 2 reasons changed my mind. number one, GM took bailout money, I feel my tax dollars helped save the company that killed the pontiac, (owned an 87 Fiero Gt, 2 66 GTO'S, one ragtop and one hardtop, a 68 Judge, and a 2 Grand Prix's. a 69 and an 87. It's hard for an old "street rodder" to believe they kept the Buick and discontinued the Pontiac.Almost got the 09 Solstice but the Ruby Red Saturn Sky Redline S.E. won me over.Bummers. Reason number 2, I owned a 95 Nissan twin turbo, Awesome car, very fast. Also owned 4 vetts but that was a "had to have thing" I still believe that everyone should own at least one vett in their lifetime.

Z-Girl 12 04-30-2012 07:13 PM

I would have to say I would buy the exact same Z because I have only had it a month and I love it! Nice mix of hot sexy lines and great stock power for me. I don't see it being a long term car though, 2-3 yrs. I came from the G sport sedan and love the feel and looks. If the redesigned one is as hot, I'll be trading the Z in on it 2-3 yrs from now.

Sexy Lines ???? Oh yes.

I washed the 350z the day I traded it in, and then i washed the 370z when I got home.

Everything is better on the 370Z...You felt the new lines in the doors, roof, windows, everything is different ..And yes...Sexier too..
