Unfortunately with an uninsured driver the end result is that your insurance will be paying regardless... still she should have been getting some sort of ticket for not having valid

Unfortunately with an uninsured driver the end result is that your insurance will be paying regardless... still she should have been getting some sort of ticket for not having valid insurance... if she is able to walk from that regardless of fault then the whole process is pretty messed up.
