I know

It's only a 60' lot. The third garage (the one you see) is the closest thing to the neighbours house, the yard opens up behind the garage but it would be nice if we had a couple acres. It pisses me off that the neighbour doesn't look after their yard either. Good thing their house is up for sale.

3 garages eh? Sounds kewl. I have a 3 car garage with an office. My plan is to convert the office to a kitchen with a patio door opening to the pool and hot tub area. Will make pool get togethers more fun.

The dirt has been smoothed out, ready for seed, just need to cut a few bricks and call it done

the bricks look like they are a different colour, but they are actually the same, they just need to get hosed off.
