Dont envy me, lol. What do you think sir? Can this leak have any negative effects minus gas and performance issues?? Could it lead to engine damage?? Im in need of positive re-enforcement

I think it is more an annoyance than anything that will cause harm.

Others should chime in here as well.

+1 you might get a CEL down the road, but i think you're fine. just get it fixed when you can, re-set the cel using a OBD2 scanner.

You'll be ok. I just asked a friend that was a mechanic and he said possibly sometime down the road but for the immediate you'll be ok.
