Nothing special just a set of valve springs for my 750 hp ex-sprint car motor. And a bed side cap that flew off my Titan while responding to a fire in 70 mph winds. :ugh2:

I had just a little lift to the front of the plastic cap on the bed side and didn't even see it go as I was keeping the truck from wrecking. I'm sure some math wiz could figure out the total windspeed as it hit me at about 45 degrees from the front.

Two of my friends are there for the race as well.

My Titan is very susceptible to cross wind. When I took a friends fishing boat to Florida a few years ago I got hit and the trailer was sideways in my passenger side mirror. I still don't know how the semi next to me didn't get hit or hit the trailer.

I agree...I am a very Lucky man, So I don't envy those that have...Over many years that thought process allowed me to become successful..Never hating or envying others..

So we stay happy with what we have, and yes my 370Z is my Ferrari too..

Although..........But I will never sacrifice Financial security and piece of mind, just to try to keep up with anyone else, especially those guys..

I would then be living in a bike box eating Alpo, and telling the story of how I went to Monaco once..

But if all goes well and the economy takes off...WOOT....

If it doesn't , I am still happy..

If I don't get the house, I will take it down. But it motivates me to crunch numbers and get prepared for my own Fairmont...
