We came down on Tuesday. Started driving the Dragon on Wednesday. Wednesday and Thursday are pretty good. Friday you will most likely see police. Saturday you will definitely see police.
I never once did see a speed trap on Hellbender, though. Surprised me since I saw a couple last year. Sometimes a cop will sit at the boat landing before the bridge and pick people off carrying triple digit speeds. |
We have a road here that runs through Muir woods and out to Stinson beach. Highway 1.
The best line is in your lane and never going over the Line..The Bike's love the road and the groove is in your lane. Also the turns are so tight that and blind that you have to stay in your lane, and also the drop off is certain death.. I have never had so much fun in my life...It reminded me of being 12 and on a carnival ride..You would suck in air on the straightaways and hold your breath in the turns.. I used to run my Z/28 out there and amaze people with it's handling, BEFORE I installed the coil overs, A arms, Hotchkis, ect... My neck would be sore for week... I can remember being WOT and having sports cars turn around to TRY to catch me..They never did. True it was in the 1990's and we only had 300Zx's back then, and the Corvette's were still lame, but they couldn't catch me.. Now days the cars are way faster and high tech. I would have the choice of two sweet cars to run. But try it on a weekend ?? Bumper to bumper, and fricken Winnebago's all over...5 to 10 miles an hour the whole way.. But to be real, I am 52, and I would not drive like that on that road again. But if you live near Marin County, you probably have run your Z car on that road...Or you should, just NEVER on a weekend. |
Goooood Mooooorning Z-ers!!! :hello::hello:
Nice Video Mr.Alchemy :tup: :tup: Mr.kenchan, I once remember you have a DIY on restoring the suction cups, and now you lost the love to them?? :icon14: LOL :bowrofl: |

in the z there's not much good visibilty so i didnt opt for the blendmount for my V1. :D one of the biggest reasons why i dont like suction cups for nav is the same reason. blocks view + rings left on glass. :ugh2: |

I found the RAM Mount will have something very suitable for you. You can mount the camera/device on the mirror-arm and position the camera in front of the mirror. This is the link ==> RAM Camera Mount I don't know you are going to camcorder or GoPro, but the part RAM-B-231Z-RVMU and RAM-B-201U-A(Short Arm) is very ideal. I google camera mirror mount and this RAM brand pop up all the time and its design looks quite promising. I hope it is useful to you. :tiphat: |

I finished up my yard work, mow, trim, edge, water; then I broke out the Auto Finesse Mercury metal polish and cleaned up me Berk exhaust. I am in love with everything Auto Finesse! Beautiful stuff! After the exhaust was cleaned up I focused my attention on cleaning the engine bay. Now I have a wheel off and I'm cleaning the wheel wells... I'm not going to want to drive it once I'm done. :icon14:
During all this time, I have found Berk Exhaust and Auto Finesse products are to me what PSS's and Konis's are to Mr.onzedge. :bowrofl: |

Actually, I have Berk exhaust also. Please don't get me started on that one. |

Still waiting for your proper response sir. Side note: This looks like one of the guys from Deadliest Catch. |
Ugh reminds me of coworker that came to my office crying. Some drama llama **** happening at the other end of the office. I don't care. I sat there and played with a straw from chick fil a and waited for her to leave. Then I went back to work.

alchmey- how are you mounting the mic though? did you get the mic with the mounts? :confused: i just want to record cabin sound more than anything.
i noted this condenser mic uses a button battery. how long do these last? i might just get a stereo dynamic mic if i can find such thing... |
I think I might be on Mr. Kenchan's Ignore List.
