I've been doing a set of exercises for over eight years now, and no further back issues. It still can get sore but not to the point I can't walk or are bed-ridden.

It is tough getting old!

Glad they got there safely mr. happy. Fingers crossed that you can use the lug bolts. If not, I really don't think they cost that much.

hahaha, i see.

not directly related to my z, but my hydraulic's front rollers were showing some rust so i polished them and applied light coat of WD40. one of them was worse than the other... hummmm...
