She kind of wants the nismo because it is available right now. I'm open to opinions of people who have owned or driven both.

A lot of talk about this now, it would be a 13. That sales manager is ignorant, it's not like you ordered a Sentra, you ordered a Z. You need to drive the Nismo it's not Touring model for sure. If you're looking for all the fancy options on the touring model, the Nismo probably isn't for you because they're a little less frills kinda car. If you do like the Nismo, have them discount the hell out of it because you can get 0% on new 12's.
