I found a fuse tied to the battery, did some investigating and found it is wired to the IPDM E/R. There is a location for DRL's in the IPDM E/R. Start looking at PCS-21 in the service manual. It's location is terminal #6 (R) in the E5 plug it is an input. I don't believe any programming by the dealership is required.

Can anyone translate? I read pictures in EVERY language FYI
