If the car's under warranty, screw it. Whenever I get a new laptop, the first thing I do is let it run at 100% CPU usage for about 10 minutes.

If the car's under warranty, screw it. Whenever I get a new laptop, the first thing I do is let it run at 100% CPU usage for about 10 minutes. If it overheats and dies, then that is a manufacturing defect and the computer will be replaced under warranty. Not trying to insight a riot or convince anyone to tear their car up, but if you think that you can kill the engine due to high oil temps, try. Enjoy the car and stop being so worried about it.
