I don't know... I am kind of on the shipper's side for this one. How the F did it get so screwed up? It looks like they ran out of room on the ol' greyhound so it put a chain on it and dragged it for 900 miles.
If I sell something and box or wrap it up in a way that I think it is acceptable and UPS or Fed Ex (the experts) accept it, then I am out of the equation if something gets screwed up. This one is definitely on the shipping company
