Okay, found the part, now any idea about the install? I cannot figure out the 4 "clips" (2 on either side)? The other looks like screws or push-fittings or whatever they are called along the center.

Should be really easy.
I've pulled the bumper off a million times and that's real easy. This is even easier.

Right, you don't. I was just saying it's way easier than removing the bumper, which is way easy itself.
