Default Yes, I'm being lazy...

I'm sure there are 100's of threads on this, but since this thread was started I just thought instead of doing a lot of searching around, perhaps someone "in the know" could either just answer my question or point me to the right thread.

I'm not interested in doing the whole CAI / Exhaust thing right now. Maybe some day, but not now. I also think having to remove the bumper for cleaning filters is a bit more than I'd like to tackle.

But I am curious, has anyone done a dyno comparison of stock vs just drop ins? Everyone here is saying stuff like "you get a lot of" or "you get most of" the gains by just putting in some K&N (or the like) filters. I haven't seen any hard numbers here in this thread. So are we talking 2 hp? 5 hp? 7hp? 10 hp?

Thanks for letting me be lazy.

Cheers --- Bonzo
