2. This is the biggest reason.. You get into an accident and 3 people die because they are in an overloaded car and your going to have trouble living with yourself for the rest of your life. You will also most likely face legal scrutiny at teh very least with the possibility of man slaughter charges due to negligence. so yea just refuse the overload.. 4 people can split cab fare easy peasy its worth it.
AND, the lack of seatbelts for all the passengers.
