That sucks dude. I was in a similar situation a few years ago. Call your insurance company and tell them it was not your fault and you want to fight

That sucks dude. I was in a similar situation a few years ago. Call your insurance company and tell them it was not your fault and you want to fight Farmers. In the end you should win since you have a police report. In the end it should end up something like 51% and 49% at fault in your favor. Good luck.
