If I didn't go to the track now and then I'd have purchased Stillen G3s and then ART pipes. My stock suspension is a bit different though and I'm halfway done with the brakes anyways (I consider it maintenance rather than play money and budget it differently), so that may be more important to you. Swift makes great springs if you want the car a bit lower. Spending a bit more to get extra sticky rubber is a lot of fun too if tires are coming up soon.
