If you don't pay extra at time of Sale? They disconnect it

Maybe for some $$ the dealer can re-connect it or activate it

How do I know? Dealer asked If I wanted pay extra and of course I said NO so This is what I ripped out since its useless. Totally Non factory wiring I'm guessing the dealer does this to make extra $$ $250 NO Thanks
