Where's the best place to order a nismo shift knob? When I go to the nismo online store it keeps trying to "locate a dealer".

Do you have to go through a dealer to order it? Besides a secondary market.

No, you can get them online and have them shipped. Z1 motorsports has them for sale as well as a few other places.
