If you have not disconnected the battery try doing that and letting it sit overnight if possible then reconnect. sometimes if they did not disconnect the battery during their install

If you have not disconnected the battery try doing that and letting it sit overnight if possible then reconnect. sometimes if they did not disconnect the battery during their install odd things happen. I would try this first. Also for the OP like everyone else has said ensure the spline is redone and this will fix your steering wheel problem. your alignment is not in issue as long as it was good before you had the work done.
