My last 3 vehicles have been pickups (specifically Toyota Tacomas) which allow for a great amount of visibility. For me going to a Z I felt that the blind spots were terrible and even accidentally cut off a few cars the first couple of months driving. After a couple of years and proper rear view mirror setup I am pretty comfortable now even with the NISMO wing. I think I just needed to get used to it.
