Don't think it's a factory color.

Red- if it doesn't have the "Pearl" effect abrasive scratches show EASY!
Pearl white would be amazing, white is a really good color!
Black- meh, hard to maintain looks great if you do
yellow- run into same problem if it doesn't have pearl effect
PG(Platinum Gray- I think i'd be a great color!

It's really personal preference. I'd get yellow because it stands out the best and there are probably less yellow Z cars on the road (not sure). White would be second preference. It would look sexy in any color really.

I definitely wish that orange was an available color but it's not. The closest you will get is Chicane Yellow which is a great looking color. I went with red just because it has so much pop. It really stands out.

Default Z Coupe / convertible colors.........

Are the coupe and convertible colors always identical, or do they sometimes differ year to year?

The two colors which really show the curves off are PG and the blue imo.

Nissan has used that burnt orange color in the past. My ex-wife had an 05 Sentra SE-R in that color and we actually made out like a bandit when we traded it in because the dealer really wanted that color. They put it on their lot and sold it in a week.

I went with the yellow because it stands out. It was a $500 option, but I'm hoping that it will be rarer and it may help the car hold a little value.

I read a review that said Chicane Yellow will be a limited edition color available for the first year only. Is this true?

I was told the same thing by my dealer when I purchased the Yellow one. Only for this year.
