yah, been driving my G through the white stuff and after the wash today i felt the paint for contaminants. not too bad, but definitely needs clay on the rear bumper for sure.
if you do decide to pull out your Z, put some slick spray wax on the rear bumper for sure. the vapor from the exhaust while the engine warms up the first 10-15mins will make the salt dust stick pretty bad.
i use Griot's SprayOn Wax as LSP. it's super stick especially over polymers.  it will help wash off the salt without much contaminants sticking to the paint.
