As far as it goes to what level I'm going to take it to is hard to say. I love to drive my car on the streets and not ready to lose that completely yet. I want a balance of both street and track. In which you can do a lot of track related things to the car and still be good. I just want the most from my track days. I'm thinking of yanking the radio and speakers out now. And the battery reloction kit is coming also. Next year might be my big step with glass and AC.

Spohn you are really getting serious. I've had vehicles without radios and didn't miss the radio. I owned a 1964 Plymouth Fury with full cage and racing seats. It was setup for dragracing. As I always say "the only person that has to like your car is you. Do whatever you want to do."

That's right. I wish more people would go half this route. But as another stated it's hard to gut a 30K car. As far as the radio. I have a Iphone. So that's all I need there,

I knew that once you got that PWJDM, you'd be selling your TI! that's ok, because I sold my TI almost two months prior to getting my PWJDM.

hahaha, the ti knob is pretty good though. i liked it. was planning to use on my G but it just looked too tuner for the G's interior.

the PWJDM one is okay, i dont like the decorative stripe they put on there as i had to file it pretty much half way to rid burrs. im going to try a couple other knobs i have in my parts bin and might get the biggy TypeR from TWM later on.

kenchan 02-10-2012 09:46 PM

here's the biggy typeR.
Big Type R Shift Knobs - TWM Performance Weighted Shift Knobs

i have the normal typeR on my G in satin. perfectly matches the interior on that car. :p

Wow! This post comes to you very nearly 12 hours after the last post on this thread!

Today I'm going to give her a bubble bath and put on her new wipers.

dAvenue 02-11-2012 10:11 AM

Good morning Happy.

So last night, my 16 year old cat tipped over a water glass onto my new MacBook. Ruined it. I guess this is what happens when old meets new.

Itching to drive the Z today, though. That always makes me smile.

happytheman 02-11-2012 10:17 AM

Good morning dAvenue! :hello:

OMG!! $1600 gone! Did you have accidental damage coverage? Tervis Tumbler FTW!

dAvenue 02-11-2012 10:21 AM

Nope. It's a total loss. The only good news from this is the next MacBook gets released in March.

yah, the PWJDM is not bad at all. the weight is definitely good and shorter height makes the gates feel very good. :)

hey there, mr. alcheng. that looks like how my town looks as well. :D hahaha. wasn't too bad though, about 2in max but the blowing snow made it deep in some areas. my G did fine on the way home with LM60's.

no car action today.
