Yeah, I'm sure Kenchan will weigh in with regards to PDR. if I'm not mistaken, he's certified in PDR repair.

Good morning Brantly. :tiphat:

Not much to report Z-wise, as I am in a massive crunch at work this week and next.

My Nismo rims arrived at the paint shop yesterday, and I've been told I can pick them up on Friday! :happydance:

Keeping my fingers crossed that it all works out. Looking forward to seeing the KAE paint code (dark metallic grey) on the rims.

No Z action for me. About to hop in my Explorer and head up to the mountain for some snowboarding:tup:

Snowboarding? I suppose that is better than waterboarding.

haha, nono, im not a pro PDR tech, but have been professionally trained and have done work for used car dealers and such as a hobby several years ago to pay for my tools and training.. was a couple of grand.

as for the roof, it can be PDR'ed but since i believe we have an aluminum roof it will be a challenge if the dent is deep. the little acorn dent on mr.onzedge's car should be an easy fix though.

im a pretty competent businessman and i can make hell of a lot more money working from my desk or taking a quick biz trip than sweating my balls off PDR'ing cars so i only do PDR to fix my own cars. :rofl2: plus with kids and my other hobbies i have, i dont have time to do other people's cars now.

Good Afternoon Mike, Mr. Onzedge and Mr. Kenchan!

So this morning I had to deal with an emergency garage door repair before I could pull the Z out of her bedroom. :(

Yah, one of the cables for the laser guide system got caught in the opener mechanism and was cut. Had to do a quick splice/crimp job.

That sounds like a great Christmas present to be able to drive the Z so late into winter!

gafternoon, mr. happy. sorry to hear about your garage door. :eekdance: hope all is okay now.

my garage door spring is probably due for repairs in the coming years. while i didnt open the garage door much the first 10yrs of ownership since my dd's were parked outside, i think in the next 5yrs the spring will give away since im using the garage door every day since last June...

Bought a Toyota FJ to tow my Z. Still need a car trailer.
